Re: photography thread: EMO LANDSCAPES!

thanks, excellent shots yourself!
Well those three were all taken on a lubitel which cost me £20. With most of the system/slr type cameras you're probably looking at £250 upwards at the mo, but I'd strongly reccomend looking into some of the tlr's like a yashica mat. much cheaper way into mediumformat than an slr, but more quality and reliability than a lubitel.

this was taken opposite my house:

and this wasn't, but it's still pretty emo:

thank you smile

Re: photography thread: EMO LANDSCAPES!

right click on the image, go 'properties' and use the url listed in there instead of the page url.

Re: photography thread: EMO LANDSCAPES!

the photos with the weird effects, were these filtered or is it just strange old cameras? filters / photoshop = instant not emo. digital photography in general is very un-emo, but i guess i have to live with that.

from about a year ago, i might go and take some again soon actually, it's nice to have an excuse to just meander around all the odd places around here

Re: photography thread: EMO LANDSCAPES!

really like the top one - i was looking for something like that but i have never seen one in norfolk. one of these:

Re: photography thread: EMO LANDSCAPES!

thanks smile. it was a pretty odd find for sure, in fact i'm not so certain that where we were at that point wasn't private.

Re: photography thread: EMO LANDSCAPES!

^ what he said. some cross processed film too, it looks like. photoshop does suck, andy!

Re: photography thread: EMO LANDSCAPES!

These unfortunately fall more into the field of post rock rather than emo I think... Too much light.
