Topic: Best live videos

I thought it would be good if people posted their favourite live videos of any genre. Live videos often suck and don't reflect how good the gig actually was. But there are some great live videos out there. I'm reminded by

Yaphet Kotto -

Shotmaker -

I'll probably think of some more later.

Re: Best live videos

definitely yaphet kotto in the corridor.

this performance is just unreal:

love this cap'n jazz one:

That show looked wild! What a hardcore show should be like - passion and a bit of danger. Showed a wee bit of this video to the women I work with a few months ago and one of them was saying the band and crowd were "thugs". Ha ha!

Re: Best live videos

the instrumental part of this is basically what i want from every emo gig:

GROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE

also a band member spends half the time looking at the ceiling. he totally gets emo.

Re: Best live videos

they're soooooo tight as well, hadn't seen that max colby vid before. nice!

Re: Best live videos

Purely down to obsession and perhaps the fact that Tenement is one of the tightest punk rock bands since Husker Du or The Replacements..... who weren't really tight at all but you know

And miss these guys, damn

Re: Best live videos

That No Justice show is properly hectic. Fucking hell???

This looks like one of the most fun gigs ever.

A long time ago when they were one of the best bands I've ever seen...

And

Intense performance of Death From Above by UXA from 1978.
