does anyone ever get to see Clint Easton playing for Ebbsfleet? I miss him sad

He played for us for a season.. Can't say I miss him and his rubbish set pieces! Talking of Ebbsfleet, someone posted this on a Gills board of their Goalkeeper being sent off ten seconds into a match the other week:

Re: Non-League football

i love that the fans reaction is laughter and chanting the name of the outfielder who has to go in goal.

Re: Non-League football

On a wonderfully sunny afternoon at Taffs Well, which even the fumes of the A470 couldn't sully, the red and greens of Merthyr beat Gillingham Town 5-1 to become champions of the Western League Div. 1.

Up the Martyrs!

Re: Non-League football

4 games of the season left and Sutton are 8 points clear at the top of the table.

Re: Non-League football

congratulations to halifax and merthyr

Re: Non-League football

Having been at the Gillingham V Halifax game which effectively decided which of the two teams would drop out of the League, i'm glad to see them having a bit of success, it could so easily have been us.

Re: Non-League football

hednesford guaranteed a play off spot and stafford firmly stuck in the relegation zone.  non-league footy has been pretty good this season.

Re: Non-League football

Sutton won the title. 11 points clear at the top with 3 games left of the season

Re: Non-League football

stafford rangers relegated today.  BACK OF THE NET!!!

big game on monday.  hednesford v salisbury in the southern league play off final.  promotion to the conf north/south for the winners.

Re: Non-League football

went to Boreham Wood v Lewes with Ilan today, it was a good time, certainly 3-0 was flattering, a fine double save from the BW keeper. the Highlight has to have been seeing the ballboys spitting at the Lewes keeper

Good luck, would be good to see Hednesford up here. Hope your nawty youngsters dont do anything like they did against Leamington. Not good to get a reputation, like we have currently sad.

Play offs for us on Tuesday and Sunday against Telford. Really looking forward to it, all the pressure is on them. For us just to be in the play offs this season is brilliant.

That's a harsh blow.

Would like to have seen Boston go up into the Conference, would have been decent to have Lincoln, Grimsby and Boston all in the same division.

Re: Non-League football

congrats to telford tho, fan owned club doing the business.

Re: Non-League football

Braintree Town aka the Iron on the up. I wonder if they'll ever get more than 2000 down the ground.

I'm not into that.

Re: Non-League football

Braintree will probably get over a couple of thousand for the game against Cambridge Utd next season. Wonder who the new manager is? Not Julian Dicks hopefully.

Re: Non-League football

hope dicks goes to west ham and takes them into the 1st.

Re: Non-League football

Di Canio would have done that - thank christ he has gone to Swindon

Re: Non-League football

As if I could hate the Swine anymore.. Really hope that he makes this thread the appropriate one for them by the end of next season.

Re: Non-League football

the proposed non-league divisions for next season....

http://www.thefa.com/Leagues/NationalLe … 011-12.pdf

hednesford have got stafford and chasetown for local derbies and chester and fcum for big crowds which will be nice.  shame we're gonna have to compete with northerns who bring a brand of rugby league to football.  histon in the blue square north is a bit strange.

Re: Non-League football

whoever has to work that shit out must be some kind of genius.

Re: Non-League football

is the afc wimbledon v luton town playoff final being broadcast?? i really want to watch this game

Re: Non-League football

yeah, it is. you should be able to watch it via something like myp2p.eu or veetle.
