gauntlet has been picked up. incoming stratford/birmingham mohindermo summer band.

my first band was one of these, we played four gigs in two and a half weeks, with Hit the Beach, 108, Wolf Eyes, Burning Times respectively.

i'm going to write a bunch of christie front drive rip off songs on my acoustic and see if i can get people to join in the summer. they might turn into new yntl songs though...

Our band is sorted, we're called Sneinton, it's Phil from LBD on bass, Jack from LBD on guitar, Rory from Without Maps on Drums, me on vocals.

It will sound like an emo band.

I'm going to do a gig in Nottingham with a few of these bands, looks like it will be second to last weekend of August. No one will come, but we'll have a siqqq time.

You have to have a release on you too, demo cdr, tape, or something..

Me (wpw/bird calls), Max (bird calls) and Sean (Wellwisher) are sorting a kirsch style thing for this.
