Three new tracks from the consistently excellent Gas Chamber. Herein their general sound (i.e. "weird") remains intact while they continue to worry at the edges of it, as though prising at the crusty perimeter of an ugly green scab. Chorus-blitzed guitars flit between pretty, mesmeric and searingly intense; basslines slide like gasping eels slipping across wet grass and the vocals, when they intervene, are raw and ragged and full of desperate rage. As with everything else they've perpetrated it's progressive, intense and essential listening for those who like their punk to blow tropes to smithereens rather than lazily wallow in them.

The contents of the bag are warm and wet and I think something might've just moved in there.
