Her Space Holiday, Marc Bianchi, blah blah, ex-Indian Summer / Mohinder / Calm. Never played on a Mohinder record mind... I bet Marc had thought heíd heard the last of those bands when he started up Audio Information Phenomena and Her Space Holiday, but people caught up with him after all this time. Poor lad. Anyway, HSH sounds like the perfect blend of all his past bands. Wait a second, that was me dreaming up a description. HSH sound like, uh, very nice. Itís blissful, laid back to the 90th degree, and meanders a long at a drifting pace. Gentle guitars lull you to sleep. Nice. Nice. Itís nice. Ok? I can sway to this.

Bright Eyes is fuzzed up and bouncy, the singer dude sings in a very odd way, sounding on edge and slightly desperate. The sound that the band have is akin to the Faint, loads of keyboard-age and beats, and at quite a decent pace too. The track is built around these and the Spanish tinge to the rhythm. I rather like it, itís pretty original sounding.

Apparently this label is one of the offshoots of the now defunct Creation label. Canít see either of these bands ever gaining the status of Oasis, but hey. Good release.
