Metal! On this EP Awoken (out of the UK) deal in big chuggy straight edge metalcore, and sounds alot like Until The End with a bit of Integrity (the band) thrown in, but they seem very proud of what they do and that's cool with me.

Possibly not the subtlest stuff but I quite like the way they decided that rather than trying to write a big anthem with a mosh part thrown in somewhere as istraditional, the entire songs are seemingly written as one long mosh part, which I imagine makes them pretty rad to experience live, as long as you aren't very short that is.

In general i'm glad that UK bands can still do the metal thing without ripping off Poison The Well and having a crap three word name, and still be able to get shows and a label, or alternatively, not be a Rev '88 revivalist band.

If you are into say, the Break In, then you'll probably soil yourself over this, but more sensitive souls could probabaly give it a miss...
