This is completely outstanding, a 13 minute one track (demo) that takes in everything from twinkles, hardcore, piano, metal drums the lot, but it all works. It is like the hardcore song Neil On Impression never made.

Hard to believe but it doesn’t lose focus at all through the 13 minutes and ebbs and flows and weaves and twists forever holding my attention. Not really sure who to compare it to because it’s more of a sound than a style but it works and I urge you all to purchase a copy. The last 3 minutes genuinely moved me, it was that good. When the piano and viola fade out the song, I got shivers.

Also there is a super sweet note about how the band is fully D.I.Y and focus on “positivity and progressiveness in the DIY community”. They even apologise for the rough recording (which is great by the way, if it was to glossy it wouldn’t work).

The packaging is sublime too, and loads of effort obviously went into making it.

I love this so much, I am so happy the scene produces little nuggets like this that remind me why I am into it in the first place.
